Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from D-Link Kenya (www.d-link.co.ke) or placing an order via WhatsApp or email, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice due to exchange rate or supplier pricing changes.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp (+254 714 362 738), email (sales@starmount.co.ke) or in person at our Lonrho House office. Payment is required before dispatch. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery within Nairobi is 1 business day at a flat rate of KES 500. Upcountry Kenya delivery is 2–3 business days. Delivery charges may vary for bulk orders or remote locations.

5. Warranty

All D-Link products carry the manufacturer's limited warranty (minimum 3 years or lifetime for structured cabling). Warranty claims must be directed to sales@starmount.co.ke with proof of purchase.

6. Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Defective products are covered under the D-Link warranty. Contact us at sales@starmount.co.ke to initiate a return.

7. Limitation of Liability

D-Link Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
