Refund and Returns Policy Overview

Our refund and returns policy covers a period of 30 days. Once 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, you must ensure that your item is unused and remains in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging.

However, certain types of goods are exempt from returns. For example, we do not accept returns for perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Furthermore, we cannot accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, we grant only partial refunds. These include:

  • Books that show obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund and Returns Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as they may take some time to officially post the refund.

Next, reach out to your bank. Banks often require additional processing time before posting a refund.

Sale items

We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. You cannot receive a refund for sale items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item came marked as a gift at the time of purchase and the seller shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

However, if the item didn’t come marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver received the order and then gave it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver. In that case, the gift giver will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will need to cover your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.

The delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item..
